Lives in Milford with his wife Kate and children Meghan, Abbie, Ryan and Josh. Active for many years in youth sports as coach, manager, umpire and referee. Member and past President of Milford Rotary Club, chairman of Milford Parking Authority, former board member of Milford Chamber of Commerce and People's Place Counseling Center. Member of St. Johns Church in Milford. Current member by Governor's appointment of State of Delaware Open Space Council. Harvey manages the Insurance Division of the Marvel Agency and works primarily with business and farm insurance customers and prospects. He holds the Certified Insurance Counselor professional designation. He is past president of Independent Insurance Agents of Delaware.

Treasurer: Randy Marvel, born in Milford, DE 1953, graduate of Milford High School (1971) and Swarthmore College (1975). Lives in Milford with wife Linda and children Andrea, Kristin and Jared. Active for many years in youth sports as coach, manager, umpire and referee. Member and past President of Milford Rotary Club, chairman of City of Milford Planning and Zoning Commission, member and trustee chairman of Calvary Church in Milford. Randy manages the Real Estate and Rental Property Divisions of the Marvel Agency. He is past president of the Kent County Association of Realtors and the Delaware Association of Realtors and was the 1997 Delaware Realtor of the year.He holds the CRB, CRS, and GRI professional designations.
